OCL secure latest Weston homes project – Greenwich Telegraph works, known as Precision.

We have secured the SFS, Insulation and Brick Tie Channel package, along with the complete Screed and Drylining works.

The project comprises of a total of 272 units spread across 5 buildings, ranging from 7 to 18 storeys.

Further to OCL successfully securing both Drylining and SFS packages, we are delighted to announce that we have now secured the Agrob Buchtal Terracotta cladding and associated works.

This further extends OCL’s relationship with Weston Homes as we now move into the façade sector for a key client.

We have worked closely with Weston Homes over the previous 3 months to ensure that a very technically challenging project, due to the gradient colour change throughout each floor of all main blocks will be delivered both financially and aesthetically.
