Woodberry Park KS1

Woodberry Down KS1 is the first phase of the Woodberry Park  Regeneration Project in Finsbury Park, London N4 being developed by Berkeley Homes Ltd. The total number of units once the development is complete will be approximately 4,600.

This initial phase consists of a total of 498 apartments, made up of 1 & 2 & 3 bed and penthouse apartments. These are to be marketed with 117 available for Social Rental, 75 for Shared Equity and 306 for open market private sale.
