The past 24 months have been unprecedented times, the impacts of Brexit, the Coronavirus pandemic, the cost of living crisis and the war in Ukraine have been major obstacles to overcome and remain a source of uncertainty for any UK business.
Despite these challenging times our business has stayed the course and undergone a major transformation. This included moving into our new, bespoke, state of the art head office in Essex. A full management restructure, a complete brand overhaul, the incorporation of a new trading entity, namely OCL Reclad Limited and investment into reducing our carbon emissions and refining our business processes.
The companies transformation was recognised by The Lloyds Bank British Business Excellence Awards where OCL have been shortlisted as finalists for ‘The Gateley Business Transformation of the Year Award’.
The Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards is the UK’s most prestigious awards programme celebrating the innovation, success and resilience of British Business.
As part of the review process members of OCL’s management team were invited to present our transformation to a panel of four independent judges on the 23 September 2022 at the Home Grown Private Members Club in Marylebone, London.
The winner will be announced at the glitzy awards ceremony which will take place at the iconic Grosvenor House Hotel, London on the 8 November 2022.
OCL are honoured to be recognised by external organisations for achievements made by the company and its exceptional individuals.
