OCL becomes Accredited Living Wage Employers

At OCL we’re celebrating becoming an accredited Living Wage Employer, because we believe a hard days work deserves a fair days pay.

The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a wage which meets every day needs.
