The Community Hub at the Bridge in Dartford is Kent County Councils first purpose built, learning and community campus. The Community Hub and Learning Centre consists of a primary school for up to 420 children, a nursery, youth hall, library, childrens and adult social services, health consulting room, visitor centre and caf. There are more community facilities available that are all situated around a 15 metre tall central cone.

The development is intended to be the centrepiece of the Thames Gateway regeneration project with a number of eco-friendly features.

The Bridge is a joint development by Dartford Borough Council, ProLogis and Taylor Wimpey. The community campus has been jointly funded by them with further support from Kent County Council.
