Steel Framing Systems [SFS] are an increasingly popular and cost effective modern method of construction. SFS provides a fast, light, easily erected alternative to traditional blockwork, concrete or steel frames. OCL has an excellent relationship with market pioneers in metal framing systems in the UK to provide unparalleled economical results for our clients.

Constructed from cold rolled lightweight galvanised steel SFS is a fast-tracked steel stud panel framing system providing a carrier for insulation, exterior cladding and interior boarding. Components can be supplied pre-cut to required lengths to minimise wastage and the system can be assembled either on or off-site.

As a business OCL are able to provide a full end-to-end service, including full structural technical design and manufacturer backed warranty.

OCL are approved applicators for all key render suppliers including Alsecco, Envirowall, Sto and Weber. These modern thin coat renders are available in an infinite range of colours and textures. They are available for direct application to masonry, or as an integral part of an insulated system.

They are extremely flexible, giving high levels of crack resistance, and can be through-coloured giving colour stability, leading to increased durability and lower maintenance.

Aluminium is both highly durable and low maintenance, ensuring the windows will last 40 years or more. The wood frame contributes to great energy performance with U-values as low as 0.7m²k.
