SCOPE

OCL was appointed to deliver the Drylining package for a mixed-use development comprising three residential blocks constructed above an operational Sainsbury’s store, providing a total of 263 residential units.

Our scope of works included the installation and levelling of all prefabricated bathroom pods, together with the full drylining package throughout the development. Working to strict British Gypsum specifications and standards, OCL was also responsible for the installation of insulation within the stud walls, with the structural framing system (SFS) delivered by others. In addition, our works included the installation of over 7,000m² of soffit slab insulation to the Sainsbury’s store below, ensuring the required thermal and acoustic performance was achieved across the development.
