PROJECT OVERVIEW
West End Gate is the single largest housing site in Westminster, delivering a long stalled site of strategic importance to Westminster, that had been vacant for over 30 years. This represents nearly one year of Westminster’s housing delivery target. 25% of homes are affordable including decant accommodation for the neighbouring housing renewal area. The development comprises 844 apartments (including 175 affordable), 8 shops and a restaurant along with a new public plaza and improvements to Edgeware Road Junction.
SCOPE
OCL Facades Limited and OCL Drylining Limited were jointly appointed by Berkeley Homes to deliver dual packages at the prestigious West End Gate Phase 3 development in Marylebone, London. The works comprised the full design, supply, and installation of the facade package by OCL Facades, alongside the complete drylining scope by OCL Drylining, across Blocks G and H, which contain a total of 199 high-end residential apartments, a cinema room, beautiful lobby, contemporary library and private event spaces, divine spa and treatment areas, a gym and a stunning brasserie nestled into block H.

Drylining
In addition to Phase 3, OCL successfully delivered the drylining packages to Blocks A, E, and F on earlier phases of the West End Gate development, with the final phase completed in 2023, and are hoping to be involved in the upcoming Trillium development.
