SCOPE

OCL Facades Limited were appointed by St William Homes LLP, part of the Berkeley Group to deliver the facades package at the prestigious Kings Road Park Phase 3 development in Fulham, London. The works comprised the full design, supply, and installation of the facades package by OCL Facades, worth £13.4M.

Facades:

• 8,000sqm of SFS, Sheathing Board, External Insulation and Breather Membrane
• 3,500sqm of Reynaers Aluminium Windows & Doors
• 1,600sqm of Reynaers Aluminium CW50 Curtain Wall
• 4,500sqm of GRC Cladding
• Aluminium Cladding, Rainwater Goods, Glass and Metal Balustrading
