PROJECT OVERVIEW

This high-profile regeneration project will deliver 1,228 new homes, a new community centre, a community kitchen, and affordable workspace for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), helping revitalise the local neighbourhood and provide long-term social value.

The back-to-back appointment on both Phase 1 and Phase 2 is a testament to OCL’s consistent performance, technical capability, and collaborative approach. It reflects our proven ability to deliver large-scale, complex façade packages on fast-paced regeneration schemes.

SCOPE

OCL Facades Limited were appointed as the specialist façade subcontractor for the design, supply, and installation of external envelope elements across Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Friary Park regeneration scheme in Acton, London. Delivered in partnership with Mount Anvil, our scope included a complete façade solution to Blocks A, B1, B4, and G, forming part of one of London’s largest estate renewal programmes.
