PROJECT OVERVIEW

Phase 1 of Poplar Riverside comprises Blocks A, B, C & D, delivering 634 residential apartments and 20 commercial units.

Set on a 20-acre site, Poplar Riverside is transforming into a vibrant new East London neighbourhood, with plans for 2,800 new homes, a primary school, public park, gym, creche, and a range of retail and dining spaces — creating a thriving riverside community.

SCOPE

OCL Facades Limited were appointed as the specialist subcontractor for the installation of façade elements across Phase 1 of the Poplar Riverside development, delivered by the Berkeley Group.

Our works included the installation of :

• Internorm composite windows and doors
• The design, supply, and installation of Aluprof MB-SR50N curtain walling systems
• All necessary plant and mechanical access solutions to support safe and efficient delivery.
