PROJECT OVERVIEW

Twelve Trees Park is set to deliver over 3,800 new homes across a 22-year phased masterplan. Positioned as one of London’s most ambitious residential-led regeneration schemes, the development offers luxury amenities including a state-of-the-art gymnasium, 24-hour concierge, screening room, wellness suite, business lounge, and resident leisure spaces.

SCOPE

OCL Facades Limited were appointed as the specialist facade subcontractor for Phase 1A of the landmark Twelve Trees Park development by Berkeley Homes in West Ham, London. Our works included the full design, supply and installation of façade elements across Blocks N01A, N01B, and N01C, forming part of this transformative regeneration scheme in East London.

Following the successful delivery of Phase 1A, OCL were further entrusted with additional works, including the facade package to Block C01 and the drylining packages for Blocks S03A and S03B, further cementing our relationship with Berkeley Homes.
