Job Title: Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our exceptional team. By providing accurate cost projections, the Senior Estimator will play a crucial role in ensuring the profitability and success of OCL’s facades projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Engage with supply chain to obtain accurate quotes for materials and services to establish true cost tenders
• Prepare and ensure tender submissions are accurate and submitted on time
• A strong knowledge of building regulations, requirements and best practice
• Review tender documentation, ensuring project suitability and fulfilment of the client’s scope of works
• Liaise and support with client engagement throughout the tender process to fully understand the client’s needs and requirements
• Build long term relationships with clients to help secure tendered work
• Maintain a professional approach and commitment to driving OCL’s high standards of service delivery and quality projects
• Being an integral part of the Estimating team, a key communicator across all parts of the business and central to supporting the Estimators.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the Facades Sector – a min of 5 years
• In-depth knowledge of materials, systems and regulations
• High proficiency in MS Office and estimation software – On Screen Takeoff
• Exemplary communication, numerical, negotiating and presentation skills.
