We have recently secured two projects from Higgins Homes;

Q is designed as a series of overhanging sleek brick facades, interrupted by slotted columns that enhance the verticality of the building in a modern nod to the surrounding Victorian terraced houses. A wrap around glass and steel pod of winter gardens and balconies is a dramatic and beautiful statement at the corner of Queens Road and Carlton Road, and the building is further enhanced by a series of protruding balconies, recessed brickwork, cedar wood detailing and a penthouse floor in a shell of powder-coated aluminium.
