Liberty Quarter, Acton Gardens

Liberty Quarter is the second phase of Acton Gardens, which is part of the ambitious regeneration of the South Acton estate in West London by Countryside and L&Q. Liberty Quarter features luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and three and four bedroom duplex berhaus apartments in an impressive building fronting Bollobridge Road, and designed by award-winning architect Alison Brooks.

The project, a joint venture by Countryside and L&Q, is transforming the old South Acton estate. The overall master plan includes a new sports ground; a central plaza with a shop, youth centre and other community facilities; and a proposed new bus route and street network to link the development to the surrounding area. Residents can also benefit from a car club.

Acton Gardens will evolve over the coming years into a vibrant new urban village. Situated a short walk from Chiswick High Street, one of North West London’s most sought after areas, Acton Gardens will include over 2,500 new homes beautifully designed around a series of parks, squares and play areas, with communal gardens and podium courtyards.
