PROJECT WIN – Kings Road Park Development for the Berkeley Group Plc

OCL have been awarded the façade package for Block E2, Phase 3 of Fulham’s Kings Road Park Development by St William Homes LLP. It is a testament to the solid partnership we have built with the Berkeley Group over the years and it is a pleasure to be delivering on such an impressive project.

Our package consists of the design, supply and installation of:

• 8,000sqm of SFS, Sheathing Board, External Insulation and Breather Membrane
• 3,500sqm of Reynaers Aluminium Windows & Doors
• 1,600sqm of Reynaers Aluminium CW50 Curtain Wall
• 4,500sqm of GRC Cladding
• Aluminium Cladding, Rainwater Goods, Glass and Metal Balustrading.

Kings Road Park is transforming a hidden part of London’s heritage, creating a new and sustainable neighbourhood set within a beautiful park, in the Chelsea Design Quarter by Berkeley Group Plc.

We will be looking to start work at the start of 2024.
