Burdett Road

OCL have secured to the external cladding package at Burdett Road, For Canary Wharf Contractors.

Works include So-Tech TFC Aluminium Panel system in three different colours, Bronze, White and Grey. We will also be completing Fire Rated Curtain Wall Screens, provided by Wrightstyle.

307 Burdett Road is a 100% affordable housing scheme located in Limehouse Cut, East London. A total of 42 Apartments make up the project with is a single block rising from, 7 to 11 storeys. The project runs along the canal line and will be incorporating elements in line with PassivHaus design to provide a highly efficient and sustainable development, reducing carbon emissions and energy consumption.
