Bermondsey Works

We have been awarded Telford Homes’ newest project – Bermondsey Works on Rotherhithe New Road.

We will complete the Drylining, Ceilings and Screeding works on the scheme that comprises of 158no residential units on the 3rd to 18th floor, which includes 64nr duplex units. The ground to 2nd floors comprise of two schools; Southwark Primary Free School (Ages 4-11) and the City of London Academy (Ages 11-19). The site is situated between Rotherhithe New Road and Verney Road. The building will be constructed using a reinforced concrete frame and clad with a mixture of brick, render and rainscreen cladding. The scheme also comprises of a basement which is positioned underneath approx 60% of the footprint of the building
