PROJECT OVERVIEW

OCL were appointed as the specialist contractor responsible for delivering the complete facades package across five blocks, each up to 20 storeys high, as well as for the supply and installation of drylining and ceilings in all the apartment blocks.

Blackhorse Mills is a Build to Rent development overlooking 211 hectares of protected wetlands in Walthamstow London E17. Five buildings feature a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments for rent. The scheme features a Gym, Pool, Private Dining, Games Room, Lounge, BBQ Area, 24h Concierge. Former Ferry Lane Industrial Estate on the edge of Walthamstow’s reservoirs is developed into an environmentally sensitive scheme of 479 homes designed specifically for rent and includes 85 affordable homes and 22,000 sq ft of commercial space.

SCOPE

Design Supply and Installation of; SFS, Windows & Doors, Bespoke Cladding Systems and Architectural metal works to 476 Apartments over 5 Blocks, ranging between 8 and 20 Storey’s.
