Chippenham Gardens

The Chippenham Gardens development comprises 52 new homes, 22 of which are for existing secure tenants of South Kilburn for affordable social rent.

This car-free development comprises one, two and three-bedroom apartments with private balconies and winter gardens.

This scheme forms an exciting additional to the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme that’s transforming the area. The award-winning South Kilburn regeneration, led by Brent Council, is creating 2,400 new high quality homes, of which at least 1,400 will be for existing secure council tenant and households in temporary accommodation.

OCL completed the screed, drylining, ceilings and tape & jointing as well as the equitone cladding, installation of composite windows, flashings and copings on the development, with a subcontract package value of £2,400,000.00.
