PROJECT OVERVIEW:
We were appointed by Anthology, residential developer specialising in large scale residential development in London, as the preferred specialist contractor to deliver the Facades and Drylining Package. This included, the design, supply and installation of:
as well as the supply and installation of the internal Screed, Drylining, Plastering and Tape & Jointing.
Deptford Foundry is a residential-led development in Deptford comprising 276 homes across eight buildings and one tower. A selection of one, two and three-bedroom all boasting balconies or terraces. Deptford Foundry offers 32,000sq ft of studio spaces provided by Second Floor Studio & Arts spaces for over 450 artists, crafters, designers, and makers, plus its residents have access to a beautiful, communal landscape garden. The scheme includes two new play spaces, a new public route and landscaped areas.
SCOPE
Design, Supply and Install of Steel Framing System (SFS), Windows, Curtain Walling, Aluminium Cladding and Bespoke metal works to create 400 apartments across seven apartment blocks.
The scope also included the supply and install of Drylining and Ceilings.
