PROJECT OVERVIEW

OCL Reclad Limited was appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver the cladding remediation works at The Filaments — a prominent mixed-use, fully occupied development located in Wandsworth, London.

SCOPE

Our scope included the safe removal of all non-compliant cladding materials, followed by the complete design, supply, and installation of fully compliant façade systems. In addition to the core cladding works, we also provided full site logistics and management services, including independent access scaffolding, hoists, welfare facilities, hoarding, security, pavement licenses, a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer, and a comprehensive Site Waste Management Plan.

• The Filaments comprises 416 residential units and 86,000 sq ft of commercial space. All buildings remained fully occupied throughout the project, demonstrating OCL’s ability to deliver complex façade remediation in live, sensitive environments while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and resident communications.
