PROJECT OVERVIEW

Higgins Partnership appointed OCL Reclad to deliver the Cladding remediation works on Robsart Street apartment blocks as part Phase 1 and Phase 2.  We were appointed to undertake design works to achieve design stage 5 , to take out and maintain PI insurance, complete a collateral warranty and completion of works to submit an O & M manual.

SCOPE

  • Removal of cladding sub-grid & re-install existing, excl breather membrane & insulation where we installed new
  • Install new cavity barriers
  • Removal of cladding panels & install new Render
  • Remove existing render system
  • Install new SPS Envirowall system, incl sheathing board fillets, insulation, base coat & mesh, primer & top coat
  • Apply mastic to where render abuts with brick work, also to the head & jambs of external openings
