Sutton Court

This project consists of the design and construction of 96 residential units a concierge and one commercial unit kiosk distributed over 14 storeys, with disabled parking and cycle storage at ground level.

The residential units will be a mix of high quality 1, and 2 bed shared ownership and private rented apartments. The block will be constructed with a raft foundation and upper levels in reinforced concrete frame with rain screen cladding and curtain walling.
