PROJECT OVERVIEW

OCL Reclad Limited were appointed as Principal Contractor to undertake comprehensive cladding remediation works on two residential apartment buildings — Fitzgerald House and Fleming House, located in Wandsworth, South West London.

This project was delivered for our longstanding client, Bellway Homes, and forms part of our proven track record in safely and efficiently carrying out cladding remediation works in live, occupied residential environments.

SCOPE

Our scope of works involved the full removal of all non-compliant cladding systems, followed by the design, supply, and installation of a fully compliant A1-rated external wall build-up. This included new sheathing board, breather membrane, mineral wool insulation, aluminium support grid, and Rockpanel cladding. We also provided a complete access and site management solution, including independent scaffold, hoist, hoarding, fans, fencing, welfare facilities, on-site security, and dedicated resident liaison.
